L'agent adjoint joue un rôle clé dans le soutien et le développement de l'agence par la prospection externe, les communications avec les clients et les ventes. Le titulaire du poste pourrait avoir l'occasion de se spécialiser avec un ou plusieurs produits tels que l'assurance vie, l'assurance collective et la gestion du patrimoine. Il repère des clients éventuels dans le marché de l'assurance des particuliers ou celui des entreprises, établit leurs besoins et, en sa qualité de conseiller de confiance, formule des recommandations éclairées sur les produits. Il pourrait également être amené à prendre part à l'essor de nos portefeuilles de produits d'assurance des particuliers (assurance habitation et automobile) et de produits spécialisés (assurance agricole ou entreprise).
Participer au développement de l'agence par les ventes et la croissance rentable des produits d'assurance vie, d'assurance collective et de gestion du patrimoine.
Contribuer au développement et au soutien des portefeuilles vie, collective et gestion du patrimoine de l'agence tout en se conformant aux règles et règlements qui régissent la vente de produits d'assurance vie et de gestion du patrimoine.
Revoir les dossiers des clients de manière proactive en mettant l'accent sur les produits d'assurance vie et de gestion du patrimoine.
Inspecter des habitations, des entreprises et des exploitations agricoles, au besoin.
Vous élaborez des plans efficaces visant à augmenter la pénétration du marché et faites preuve d’esprit novateur pour améliorer les efficacités opérationnelles du point de vue du client.
Un permis d'assurance vie est requis.
Un permis d'assurance I.Le titulaire du poste doit répondre aux exigences provinciales en matière d'octroi de permis et s'engager à faire de la formation continue en vue d'obtenir et de préserver les permis nécessaires.
Respect de la confidentialité des renseignements personnels sur le client, notamment les antécédents médicaux et la situation financière.
Il est parfois nécessaire de faire des heures supplémentaires, y compris la fin de semaine, pendant les périodes où la charge de travail est importante.
Le titulaire de ce poste doit avoir des contacts directs avec les clients ou les fournisseurs de services dans leur milieu.
