~ As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Representing our company in the field, you will identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful business development, strong sales and closing skills, proactive lead generation, and natural relationship-building abilities. You will report to Regional Sales Manager.
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Sales Presentations : Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to strategically position our products and services.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to customers and the sales manager.
Customer Support: Address and resolve client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Experience: Proven track record of business development and closing sales is required. Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, solution-oriented, dynamic, and able to work independently. Language Requirements: Fluent in French with strong working proficiency in English.
Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory in Quebec, including trade shows and national meetings. Overnight travel is required.
This position’s compensation is CAD: 70,000-110,000 (base + bonus).
