Employment Status: Full-Time
Starting Hourly Rate: Is $24.04, after probation (520 hours) $27.13 and after 1040 hours goes to $29.30
This role typically follows a Wednesday through Sunday schedule, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Please note that the schedule may vary for special events, so flexibility is required

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at Levy, REAL District. This position blends front-of-house leadership with behind-the-scenes coordination , ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional guest experiences. You’ll find us in schools, colleges, hospitals, office buildings, senior living communities, tourist attractions, sports venues, remote camps and military installations and more. We’re in all major cities, at remote work sites and everywhere in between – doing business in Canada and 50+ other countries where you can learn and grow. You will be responsible for overseeing the unit while working with the Manager and team to successfully manage residential dining operations.
As an Assistant Manager, you will:
Manage incoming emails and inquiries related to tournaments, team meals, and upcoming events.
Assist with the planning, communication, and execution of events to ensure operational success.
Serve as the first point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Assist with staff scheduling, shift coverage, and coordination of front-of-house teams.
Communicate effectively with management, kitchen staff, and other departments regarding daily operations and special requests.
Champion HSQA standards (Health, Safety, Quality, Assurance) across all operations.
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely ordering and supply management.
A passion for Customer Service excellence
Solid team player with an emphasis on customer service
Strong proficiency in computer skills, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule (including evenings and weekends)
