Evening dishwasher

Job description Our location at Colonel Talbot Road (Highway 4) and Highway 401 is not serviced by public transportation and candidates must have their own vehicle to apply.

Job Summary: Provides the kitchen and dining area with clean and sanitary dishware. Assist in the set up, operator and clean up of kitchen.

Job Duties:

washes dishes, glassware, pots, pans, silverware and kitchen items, ensuring that sanitizer on dish machine and pot sinks meet specific requirements for health standards;

sets up stations with flatware, dishware, glassware and coffee and tea supplies;

keeps kitchen and dish are in clean and orderly condition at all times by sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, wiping counters, walls, equipment and organizing shelves in order to maintain a sanitary work station and meet mandated health compliance requirements;

adheres to all safety and security policies and procedures as outlined by hotel standards and federal, provincial and local laws;

maintains superior standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the kitchen and service area;

consistently maintains a neat, organized and clean workspace and uniform;

performs other duties as assigned;

must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment;

must be able to work a evenings restaurant is closed on Sundays
