As our Property Maintenance Handyman youll manage multiple sites juggle contractors and make sure our teams always have a great place to work and our guests a great place to visit.
Career path planning and training We want you to succeed and grow alongside us.
Coordinating repairs maintenance and improvements across all Northern Roads locations.
Managing preventative maintenance for HVAC lighting plumbing and other systems.
Keeping us compliant with health safety and environmental standards.
Supporting renovations and special projects big or small.
Tracking expenses providing receipts and verifying work completed.
Responding quickly to facility issues (and preventing them before they happen).
Being the friendly reliable point of contact for all things facilities!
35 years in facilities or property management (automotive commercial or similar).
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices.
- A valid G drivers license clean abstract and ability to travel between sites in the Niagara Region.
- Vehicle allowance or company vehicle for site travel.
Schedule: Full-time consistent hours.
