Job Responsibility:
Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Labourers. This position plays a crucial role in supporting various operational tasks across our projects. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically fit, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. We offer competitive pay and support to grow your career.
Duties
Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials.
Assist in the setup and dismantling of equipment and structures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks accurately.
Help with the installation of structures, frameworks, and fixtures as directed.
Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Experience
Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required. You will get training from a senior supervisor.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
A willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Familiarity with construction or industrial environments is a plus.
