Century Living Property Management is seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Worker to assist with residential and commercial property renovation, repair, and maintenance projects in Saskatoon.
The successful candidate will support general construction activities, ensure work sites remain safe and organized, and assist skilled tradespersons as required.
Load, unload, and transport construction materials
Assist with renovation and repair work in residential and commercial properties
Perform demolition, cleanup, and site preparation duties
Assist with drywall, painting, flooring, framing, and finishing work
Remove debris and maintain clean job sites
Measure, cut, and install basic construction materials
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
Reliable transportation is an asset
Previous property maintenance experience is an asset
