Allied Universal is seeking Security Guard in Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia.

Title : Security Guard
Payrate : $18.50/ per hour

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard to oversee security operations at our NS sites. The ideal candidate is a seasoned guard with excellent communication skills, willing to work the mentioned shift, and able to manage the job requirements. If you have experience as a security guard, enjoy patrolling, is swift in computers and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.

Six months of experience in a Security Guard role in security.
Open shift availability.
Ability to operate technology and wireless communication systems at client-specific sites.
Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
Efficient with computers, ensuring effective patrolling and site security.
Responds to Emergency Situations such as fires, Chemical Spills, Medical Emergencies, Phone Threats, answers alarms and investigate disturbances.
Monitors and authorizes entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security/safety of premises.
Communicate with stakeholders, including site management, in a professional manner.
Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
Perform regular patrols and site checks to maintain security standards.
