This role is for a senior Technical Project Manager supporting advertising product initiatives focused on the buyer experience. You will manage a portfolio of multiple engineering-driven projects, working closely with cross-functional teams. The position requires strong autonomy, technical understanding, and the ability to drive execution across complex environments. You’ll play a key role in aligning stakeholders and optimizing delivery processes using modern tools and AI. Own end-to-end project delivery for a portfolio of ~25 engineering-driven product development initiatives
Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication across teams
Identify and resolve blockers, technical issues, and cross-team dependencies
Work directly with engineers to understand technical challenges and facilitate solutions
Use AI tools and project management platforms to optimize workflows and reporting
Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership
Adapt management style based on project complexity (hands-on vs. Support ad server consolidation initiatives as a secondary project

8+ years of technical project management experience

• Experience leading full-stack, end-to-end product development projects
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience managing projects across engineering, product, design, and marketing teams
• Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence
• Strong technical background (technical degree is a plus)
• Understanding of ML models, ranking algorithms, and recommendation engines
• Familiarity with search systems, recommendation systems, ad retrieval, and ad serving
• Experience managing multiple concurrent engineering-driven projects
• Experience with ML/AI product development or data science teams

Familiarity with ad tech concepts (ad serving, ranking, A/B testing, etc.)
Experience in full-stack systems integration and dependency management
Experience using AI tools to optimize project workflows
Exposure to large-scale backend infrastructure or ad server consolidation projects

Hybrid role (2 days in office), based in Toronto, Canada; requires alignment with local team schedule/timezone
Contractor role – 6-month contract, renewable
Full-time dedication (40 hours/week)
