The Parts Manager at North Shore Honda is
Department to support service, sales, and customer satisfaction objectives.
Reporting directly to the Fixed Operations Manager / General Manager, this role
plays a critical part in driving departmental performance, inventory
management, profitability, and team development.
by maintaining strong vendor relationships, optimizing inventory levels,
supporting service efficiency, and delivering an exceptional customer
to achieve performance, accuracy, and customer service goals

- Manage inventory levels, ordering, stocking,
to support efficient repairs, workflow, and customer satisfaction
· Analyze departmental performance using KPIs,
financial statements, and inventory reports to drive continuous improvement
- documentation for parts sales and warranty claims
