Finance Account Services Representative

Open commercial files and assist clients in their various financing transactions (assistance in the preparation of legal documents and credit facility disbursements)

Perform audits and analyses to ensure the accuracy of financial information

Establish and maintain effective communications with the various partners involved in the files (such as account manager, disbursement expert and legal advisors).

Find solutions customized to customer needs.

Develop a lasting business relationship with customers by offering them distinguished service.

Participate as part of a team in the continuous improvement of administrative tools and processes.

3-year college diploma or academic equivalent, related to the sector of activity and 3 years of relevant experience

• Very good knowledge of commercial finance products
• Knowledge of the different types of commercial collaterals
• Ease with commercial legal documents
• Customer service experience
• Proficiency in the Office suite, including Word and Excel
• Knowledge of banking services and commercial products
