Accounts Payable Technician (temporary)

Mission I am looking for an accounts receivable technician for a company located in Laval.

Your responsibilities will include:

Processing and recording customer payments
Monitoring customer accounts and past-due balances
Analyzing discrepancies between invoices, payments, and customer accounts
Tracking and resolving customer deductions and claims
Validate discrepancies and gather the information needed to resolve them
Send reminders to customers and follow up on open cases
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to customer accounts
Prepare any necessary adjustments, credits, or re-invoices

Your profile What We’re Looking For:

DEP or DEC in accounting
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in accounts receivable
Bilingualism (French and English)
