West-Can HR is currently recruiting on behalf of Inventronics for Painter position.

Consistent Monday to Friday, full-time stable employment

• Monitor paint process and finished product to ensure specifications are being met and advising when they are not
• Set up work center, people and equipment for efficient work
• Follow the procedures within the Inventronics Quality Management System
• Accurate wanding including to work orders for labor, quantity and materials
• Demonstrated understanding of how parts/assemblies must be hung on the conveyor line for cleaning and painting
• Ability to paint producing parts that meet paint thickness and visual specifications
• Demonstrated compliance with the procedures outlined in the General Workmanship Standard to maintain powder coated finish quality of parts for movement/transport
