At evo, our Distribution Center (DC) is at the heart of our retail business, playing a key role in building strong relationships with our customers, vendors, and team members. We are looking for high-energy, committed, and knowledgeable individuals who understand the importance of their role and performance in helping us deliver exceptional service. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be integral to ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and care with which our products are processed and shipped. Your contributions will directly impact evo’s ability to meet customer needs, maintain efficient operations, and uphold our brand’s reputation. Execute Inbound, Outbound, Reverse Logistics, and Inventory Control tasks in accordance with established procedures, ensuring proper transfers before product receipt in-store or at the Distribution Center (DC).

Organize stock and maintain inventory to ensure easy access, accurate tracking, and a clean environment.

Identify and resolve issues related to orders, inventory, or product discrepancies

Attend shift and department meetings as scheduled to stay informed about company policies, procedures, and updates.

Report any procedural or safety issues to the Lead, Supervisor, or designated staff members promptly to maintain operational efficiency and safety.

Competitive hourly wage based on the role and experience, with potential for performance-based increases

• Sporting goods, retail, or warehouse experience preferred.

Familiarity with computer systems, warehouse management systems, parcel manifest systems and computerized scanning equipment is a plus.
