Kinesiologist (Part Time)

Kinesiologist or
Physiotherapist (with RTW planning experience)

Part-time | 2 Referrals per month

26-32 per hour

Job Summary You will work collaboratively within our team to assist clients in returning to work and improving their quality of life. You will be involved in active rehabilitation programs, utilizing your knowledge of disability and rehabilitation, as well as the psychosocial aspects associated with them.

Handle administrative duties related to program operations.
Coordinate maintenance of gym equipment with the Rehab Services Manager.
Conduct on-site Job Site Visits/Return to Work planning.
Provide education to community and professional organizations as needed.
Review medical files and conduct client interviews to gather relevant occupational and health information.
Provide client orientation to the facility and program.
Develop and progress rehabilitation plans in collaboration with team members.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated client care.
At least 1 year as a Kinesiologist or Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist within a similar responsible role and in a related type of work setting
Member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK) or the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCPBC)
Experience with concussion management, knowledge of psychosocial rehabilitation aspects.
May be required to travel within the Lower Mainland.
