Nous recherchons un·e Agent·e, Opérations – Expérience Client pour soutenir les activités liées à la fraude, à la lutte contre le blanchiment d’argent (LBA/AML) et aux comptes en souffrance dans un environnement fintech dynamique et en forte croissance.
Ce poste est au cœur de l’expérience client, de la gestion des risques et du recouvrement financier. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la protection des actifs de l’entreprise tout en offrant un accompagnement empathique et conforme aux exigences réglementaires aux clients commerciaux et particuliers.
Vous travaillerez dans le respect d’accords de niveaux de service (SLA), en utilisant divers outils et systèmes pour gérer efficacement les dossiers et contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus.
Interagir avec des clients commerciaux et particuliers en situation financière difficile
Gérer les communications entrantes et sortantes (téléphone et canaux numériques)
Contribuer à l’optimisation des flux de travail et de l’expérience client globale
1 à 2 ans d’expérience en service client dans les domaines du recouvrement, de la fraude ou de la LBA/AML ( obligatoire )

Le poste est ouvert afin d’offrir un soutien supplémentaire en raison d’une hausse des volumes liés à la fraude et au recouvrement, ainsi que de transitions internes de contrats vers des postes permanents.

Client Experience Operations Agent (Fraud, AML & Collections)
Contract-to-Perm | 100% Remote
We’re looking for a Client Experience Operations Agent to support fraud resolution, anti-money laundering (AML), and collections-related work in a fast-paced fintech environment. This role sits at the intersection of client experience, risk mitigation, and financial recovery , playing a hands-on role in protecting company assets while delivering empathetic, compliant client support.
You’ll manage a variety of cases involving fraud, AML reviews, account delinquencies, and offboarding—working within defined SLAs and regulatory requirements. Resolve offboarding cases related to fraud, AML, and delinquent accounts
Ensure all actions align with internal policies and regulatory standards
Delinquent Client Support
Engage with commercial and consumer clients experiencing financial hardship
Deliver solutions with empathy while reducing risk to the business
Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and digital channels
Partner closely with teams across Fraud, AML, Account Operations, and Regulatory Operations
Escalate high-risk or sensitive cases appropriately
Process Improvement
- 1–2 years of client-facing experience in collections, fraud, and/or AML ( required )
- Telephony systems and CRMs
Working knowledge of collections-related regulations and procedures (asset)
High level of technical comfort —you’ll be working on Mac-based systems and using internal AI-enabled tools
Technical Aptitude: Understands how backend processes impact client risk and account status
Direct impact on client trust, fraud prevention, and financial recovery
Strong culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Exposure to cross-functional operations and risk-related workflows
