Part-Time Receptionist/Stringer Location: Surrey, BC, Canada Employment: Part Time Are you passionate about badminton? Do you have a keen eye for what a customer needs? As a Receptionist/Stringer, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Duties:
Deliver excellent customer service by efficiently handling:
Pro shop sales, inventory and sales promotions
Customer orientation and inquiries
Basic facility maintenance procedures
Offer expertise on string selection and tension for optimal gameplay tailored for each customer
Collaborate daily with a team against a rigorous and steady inflow of customers
Navigate the Smash Champs club management software efficiently
Patience, initiative, and strong communication skills that demonstrate professionalism and care for customers and colleagues
Meticulous attention to customers’ unique needs and preferences
