Passionate about sales and customer service ? 1+ years experience in customer care or reception role ? Motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment ? Experienced with multi-line phone systems and always staying friendly and positive while providing great customer service ? Ability to create and maintain customer relationships ? Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems like Dealer Socket Schedule: Full-time; Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm Compensation : $18-$21/hr What your day will look like: Customer Service : Efficiently assist both internal and external customers, ensuring the highest level of service and promptly addressing all client inquiries. Telephone Management : Answer and direct all incoming calls on a multi-line switchboard, ensuring smooth communication flow. Administrative Duties : Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Payment Processing : Take payments for services & products Stock Management : Oversee the management of new and used vehicle stock in process, ensuring accurate records and availability.
