Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the chiropractic office in providing exceptional patient care and maintaining an organized environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in data entry, and a friendly demeanor to ensure a positive experience for all patients.
Assist with patient intake and ensure accurate data entry into the electronic health record system.
Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the chiropractic office effectively.
Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information and assistance to patients as needed.
Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents and managing office supplies.
Utilize Google Suite applications for various administrative tasks, including document creation and spreadsheet management.
Proven experience in an office environment, preferably within a healthcare or dental setting.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in patient records.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
