At Alvéole we help the worlds largest property owners and managers make their buildings nature positive . Our Nature & Biodiversity Data Platform combines remote sensing on-site monitoring and environmental indicators to help real estate firms measure benchmark and report on biodiversity performance - in alignment with global frameworks.
And now were looking for someone who can help take this new product to the next level.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Alvéole youll play a crucial role in driving our growth by engaging with potential clients through outbound outreach. Your mission will be to create new business opportunities by sparking interest in Alvéoles products and services qualifying leads and handing off promising prospects to our Account Executive team for further engagement. This position lays the foundation for a successful sales career. There is a path for career growth within Alvéole for the right candidate that is willing to learn and work towards that have seen many Business Development Representatives grow intodifferent roles within Alvéole. This is an inside sales role with an opportunity to make a large impact on the is a full-time position with a start date as soon as you are ready!
Conduct outbound cold calls and email outreach to qualify potential clients and create new business opportunities.
Effectively hand off hot leads to the Account Executive team for demos
Research and identify prospects maintaining accurate information in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve prospecting techniques.
Continuously learn and adapt to new sales methods and market insights.
Track all communications and interactions with prospects in our CRM.
Brand stewardship: ability to represent the Alvéole brand its service offering its messages and its desire to help customers create maximum impact reach their ESG goals and obtain the desired green certifications.
Prospecting: ability to understand our ICP find them (net new and CRM leads) and use proper messaging.
Eagerness and curiosity: proactive about learning new skills sales strategies and product knowledge with a keen interest in market trends and industry developments.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and other sales enablement software (Sales Navigator Zoom Info Apollo Google Suite Slack ChatGPT)
At least 6 months of experience in outbound sales business development in a B2B sales role
Experience with sales tools and processes (Hubspot) an asset. Excellent written and spoken English. French is a strong asset we will not overlook.

Notre plateforme de données sur la nature et la biodiversité combine la télédétection le suivi sur site et des indicateurs environnementaux pour aider les entreprises immobilières à mesurer comparer et rendre compte de leur performance en matière de biodiversité en conformité avec les cadres internationaux.
Votre mission sera de créer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales en suscitant lintérêt pour les produits et services dAlvéole de qualifier les prospects et de transmettre les prospects prometteurs à notre équipe de Développement des affaires pour un suivi approfondi. Ce poste constitue une base solide pour une carrière réussie dans la vente. Ce poste est à temps plein et peut commencer dès que vous êtes prêt.Générer de lintérêt pour les produits/services dAlvéole et planifier des réunions pour léquipe commerciale.
Transférer efficacement les prospects chauds à léquipe des Account Executives pour les démonstrations.
Rechercher et identifier des prospects en maintenant des informations précises dans notre système CRM.
Collaborer avec léquipe commerciale pour affiner les stratégies de prospection et améliorer les techniques de recherche de prospects.
Apprendre en continu et sadapter aux nouvelles méthodes de vente et aux tendances du marché.
Suivre toutes les communications et interactions avec les prospects dans notre CRM.
Prospection : capacité à comprendre notre ICP (profil client idéal) à les identifier (prospects nouveaux et prospects dans le CRM) et à utiliser les messages appropriés.
Dynamisme et curiosité : proactif dans lapprentissage de nouvelles compétences de stratégies de vente et de connaissances produits avec un vif intérêt pour les tendances du marché et les évolutions du secteur.
Compétences technologiques : à laise avec lutilisation des outils CRM (par exemple Salesforce HubSpot) et dautres logiciels daccompagnement à la vente (Sales Navigator Zoom Info Apollo Google Suite Slack ChatGPT).
Au moins 6 mois dexpérience en vente sortante développement commercial dans un rôle de vente B2B.
Le français est un atout majeur.
