UX/UI Designer (Full-Time)

Youll be joining a team scaling fast, building the digital ecosystem that powers the Nike of rec basketball. From our athlete app to our commissioner tools to our brand website, youll be the architect of experiences that make athletes feel like pros every time they tap a screen. About the Role Were hiring a UI/UX Designer to design and refine every Brodie product touchpoint:
Registration, team management, game-day engagement, challenges.
Commissioner App: Tools for scorekeepers, refs, and ops staff to run smooth game nights.
Dashboards for GMs to manage P&L, payroll, scheduling, and jerseys.
Website: Brodies brand hub, converting visitors into players, partners, and members.
Youll work directly with the Director of Design, Product, and Ops to build polished, athlete-first experiences. Design end-to-end experiences across athlete, commissioner, admin, and marketing platforms.
Partner with developers for pixel-perfect builds across web and app.
Establish and evolve Brodies Design System ensuring consistency across all digital surfaces.
Bring moments to life with animations, micro-interactions, and motion design.
3+ years of UX/UI experience in agency, startup, or fast-paced product environments.
- A portfolio showcasing multi-platform design thinking (app + web + dashboards).
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop (Canva a bonus).
- Strong understanding of UX best practices and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with front-end (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
- Motion design skills (After Effects/Lottie) strongly preferred.
