Interviewer

Identify potential security risks to CSIS from candidates/employees/contractors and provide advice
Liaise with other units as required regarding potential security/suitability concerns
Train and mentor new interviewers by providing advice, guidance and operational direction;
Ensure the highest degree of quality control relating to reporting standards, information management, operational focus and assessing the security relevance of collected information
Undergraduate degree and three (3) years of experience*, or
High school diploma and seven (7) years of experience*.
The Undergraduate degree/College Diploma must be obtained from an accredited learning institution recognized in Canada. Experience conducting research and analysis using search tools or open sources.

Assets
An asset qualification is a qualification which can enhance the ability to perform the work based on current and future business requirements, but which is not strictly required. Assets can help determine right fit in certain circumstances:
Experience working in areas related to intelligence or security matters;
Good knowledge of the security screening process and the Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS) policies and guidelines;
Overtime.
