Full-Time Accounting Administrative Assistant

Do you enjoy supporting a diverse client base, working collaboratively, and delivering detail-oriented, client-focused service? This is a full-time position with working hours of Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (35 hours per week). A comprehensive employee benefit package, 3 weeks’ vacation to start, and RRSP matching program is provided.
Provide administrative and customer service support.
- Support tax season and year-end engagements.
- Handle financial and office administration.
- Preference given to individuals with Business administration certificate, diploma or degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of office administrative experience is required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs.
- A strong work ethic with particular attention to prioritization of projects in order to meet deadlines and critical thinking.
- Must be able to work overtime hours during tax season as needed.
