We are seeking an experienced and motivated Salon Manager to lead operations at our well-established salon.
The ideal candidate must be an active service provider (Hair Stylist or Esthetician) with strong leadership and organizational skills.
Oversee day-to-day salon operations
Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff
Ensure high standards of customer service
Monitor performance and support team growth
Coordinate and support salon operations and workflows
Marketing support provided
