Business Development Manager - Store Development

We are partnering with a well-established and growing private lending organization to identify a Business Development Manager to support and expand their mortgage broker network. This is a confidential search for a relationship-driven professional who brings both strong industry expertise and a modern, brand-forward approach to business development. This role is ideal for a licensed mortgage professional who thrives in a client-facing environment and is comfortable representing a brand both in-person and online.

Build, manage, and grow relationships within an established network of mortgage brokers

Proactively generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and industry engagement

Coordinate and attend in-person meetings, including lunches and networking events with brokers

Brand & Social Media Presence:

Act as a visible brand ambassador across digital platforms

Create and contribute to regular social media content, including market updates, product highlights, and broker engagement posts

Support the development of a strong online presence aligned with the organization’s brand

Licensed Mortgage Broker (required)

Extensive experience within private lending / alternative mortgage space

Proven track record in business development, account management, or relationship management

Strong understanding of mortgage products, underwriting processes, and broker networks

Comfortable with social media engagement and content creation (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

Highly personable with strong communication and relationship-building skills

High-visibility, relationship-driven role with strong earning potential
