Réceptionniste et assistante administrative (temporaire)

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un réceptionniste pour une entreprise réputée à Dorval. Ce poste est un contrat temporaire de 3-6 mois avec possibilité d'extension. Le réceptionniste sera en mesure de porter plusieurs casquettes dans l'entreprise.
Lundi-vendredi de 6:45AM-2:45PM
Contrat de 3 mois avec possibilité de prolongation
Maintenir l'espace de réception en ordre.
Tâches de facturation et de saisie de données
Doit être parfaitement bilingue anglais/français (écrit et parlé)
Communiquer en Anglais avec des [clients/partenaires/employés] [anglophones] situés hors du Québec sur une base [quotidienne/régulière]
Expérience administrative
Compétences informatiques (Word, Excel, Outlook)
