Accounting and Operations Assistant
Founded in 2007, Reichert and Associates is a research and evaluation firm focused on supporting system and community health initiatives make informed decisions which result in positive change.
We are looking for an Accounting and Operations Assistant to join our team. This is a new position for our team and the role will include a variety of tasks relating to both the accounting and overall operation of the firm. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented, have experience in bookkeeping, human resources and general office operations, and have the ability to work independently.
Minimum 2 years office administration experience
Proficient with Office 365 and SharePoint
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Exceptional Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Considered an asset
InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience with social media management
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration
Accounting
Accounts Receivable/Payable
Project time tracking support
Expense claim processing
Bank reconciliation
Project budget tracking and support
Maintain and organize corporate records including HR, insurance and tax
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Booking travel for team members and logistical support
Supporting HR functions and ongoing policy development
· Occasional data entry
