Hours: Flexible – part time to full time

This is a people-facing, onsite role focused on the real moments that shape work across our hospitality, real estate, development, and senior living. How these moments are handled by you matters because they influence leadership effectiveness, employee confidence and operational consistency. From recruitment to employee relations to engagement and everything in between, your impact will be tangible and visible.

Experience: you are an experienced HR generalist who has provided hands-on advice, guidance, and support to both managers and employees across a broad range of HR functions.

Genuine interest in HR: you have a real curiosity and care for the work itself and the impact of HR decisions - not just a job for the sake of a job.

HR application: you apply employment legislation, policies, templates, and processes consistently.

Continuous improvement: you improve HR processes as the function matures, bringing practical ideas and a flexible approach.
