Are you passionate about data, with superior insight analytical, data exploration, modeling, and visualization skills? If so, consider applying your expertise to a Senior Data Analyst position in the Growth Analytics & Data Solutions team in Group Retirement Services (GRS).
Reporting to the Director, Sponsor Data Insights and Products, the Senior Data Analyst will lead the development of new insights initiatives. This includes leading proactive and ad hoc insight projects, delivering clear, data-driven recommendations to drive incremental AUA, and creating self-serve solutions for GRS.
Our growing mandate to deliver analytics solutions requires an experienced analyst to accelerate the development of our strategic analytics projects, mentor peers, and support our stakeholders.
Lead proactive and ad hoc insight initiatives, delivering clear, data-driven recommendations to drive incremental AUA
Develop and sustain a data-driven culture, mentoring peers and promoting insight-first thinking
Utilize SQL, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and statistical methods to extract, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources
Create compelling data stories using data visualization tools and present findings to stakeholders including senior leadership
Partner cross-functionally with teams (marketing, finance, UX, etc.) Support omni-channel performance analysis, with a strong focus on digital
Translate complex data into actionable strategies and tactics
Bachelor's (or higher) in a quantitative field: Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related
Strong SQL capability and experience with statistical analysis (hypothesis testing, regression, etc.). Exploratory data analysis (EDA)
Proven strength in data storytelling and visualization with CRM Analytics and/or Tableau) — transforming complex findings into clear dashboards and narratives
