Reporting to: Senior Project Manager

50% Budget Control – Cash Flow Management – Forecasting
- 25% Contract Management & Owner/Consultant Communications
- Mechanical/Electrical: 40%
Site Location: Markham
Project Size: $50M to $100M+
Site Timelines: 18 to 24 months
Work: Mostly at Site – sometimes HQ (Hybrid)
