Optometrist | Part Time or Full Time

Optometry on Bronte is a well-established, full-scope medical optometry practice in Milton, ON , seeking an enthusiastic, patient-focused Associate Optometrist for a structured, long-term opportunity.

This role is ideal for an optometrist who values thorough clinical care, clear communication, and a collaborative team environment , and who is looking for stability with a defined path to full-time practice .

The Opportunity

Part-time start (2–3 days per week)Begin on a part-time basis to allow for a smooth transition, strong patient rapport, and familiarity with clinic flow. And replace the current part-time associate.

Guaranteed full-time schedule by October 2026The associate will transition into a full-time primary OD role during the owner’s maternity leave.

Long-term position Following maternity leave, the owner will return on a part-time basis, while the associate continues full-time .

This is a planned, transparent transition , not a short-term locum role.

The Practice

Comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages

Primary demographic: adults 35–50 and their children

Services include dry eye management, myopia control, ortho-k, and glaucoma care
