We're a fun, busy family with two working parents and three grade-school kids (ages 4, 8 and 10). We're looking for a reliable, warm, and organized nanny to help three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday) with school drop-offs, afternoon pickups, and driving the kids to their activities.
If you're interested in additional hours, we can also offer optional housework and meal-prep work during school hours.
Hourly rate: $30.
Childcare Hours (Required):
- Morning School Run: 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Help kids with breakfast routine, gather shoes/bags, complete school drop-off (most days nanny drives to School A; Afternoon Pickup & Activities: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Pick up children from schools in South Oak Bay and/or Fairfield, drive them to extracurriculars, serve after-school snacks, check in on homework, supervise downtime until parents take over at 6:00 PM.
- Household Hours (Optional): In addition to childcare, we would appreciate help with housework: cleaning, tidying, and meal prep. This is optional but the role could include up to 10 hours a week of household help (during school hours).

- Experience managing and driving multiple children.
- Child CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Residential cleaning/housekeeping experience, if interested in the optional hours.
