Project Manager - Architectural Office

Motion Steel is seeking a Project Coordinator in our Calgary, AB office to provide estimating and administrative support to the Project Management teams ·

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience with AutoCAD can be helpful but is not mandatory.

Possess good verbal, written, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail

Qualified candidates should have experience reading structural and architectural drawings

Team Player Responsibilities:

Complete administrative tasks and manage documentation associated with specific projects.

Carry out cost estimates and complete proposals for new opportunities.

Issue work orders to the manufacturing team & track manufacturing progress.

Treat all customers, internal and external, with respect, courtesy and integrity.

Maintain effective relations with the project management and manufacturing teams through an excellent attitude, good knowledge, efficient work practices and proper documentation.
