The hourly wage for this position is 18.50$. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Considered a Line Cook responsible for running the grill operations. Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with current applicable corporate standards, guidelines and regulations to ensure high-quality food service is provided.

Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
Prepare item for broiling, grilling, frying, sautéing or other cooking methods by portioning, battering, breading, seasoning and/or marinating.
Use established ticket-collection procedures during service. Comply with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, sauté burners, convection oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment.
Think you have what it takes to be one of our Grill Cooks ? Two years working experience as a grill cook or in kitchen preparation and cooking.

FoodSafe Level 1 Certification.
Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.
