The Document Control Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the organization, integrity, and accessibility of information across manufacturing, US and CAN . The person maintains a structured, secure, and easily accessible document library while ensuring compliance and quality in all document management processes.

Relevant college diploma (DEC) or equivalent experience, with 2-3 years of experience in document or records management
Proficiency with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, M-Files, Documentum) and data entry/archiving practices
Good knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality management systems
Excellent communication, collaboration, and user-training skills, with the ability to resolve documentation issues
Strong bilingual communication skills (French and English), both written and spoken
As a Document Control Specialist, what will your responsibilities be?

Establish, maintain, and improve document control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
Coordinate the creation, review, and approval of documents while respecting project timelines
Manage the inventory of controlled documents and ensure accessibility for authorized stakeholders
Conduct regular document reviews to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance
Develop and maintain templates and document tools, and produce reports and metrics related to document management activities
Participate in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
