Trillium Health Partners - Coverage across 4 Pharmacentres at 3 hospital sites.
Position Type: Casual.
Shift: 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 9:30am-5:30pm, 10am-6pm Monday to Friday.

Our Pharmacentres are retail pharmacies located within THP’s hospital sites, providing convenient access to medications and health products for patients, families, and staff. Beyond retail services, our pharmacies are an integral part of the patient care journey, supporting transitions from hospital to home, ensuring medication safety, and promoting wellness in the community.
As a Pharmacy Technician at THP, you will be part of a collaborative, dedicated, and compassionate team that values patient care and innovation. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff.
Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Support medication reconciliation and patient education initiatives.
Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Technician program.
Current registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists as a Pharmacy Technician.
Experience with Kroll or similar digital dispensary systems is an asset.
Flexibility to travel between Pharmacentres as required.

Hours range between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday to Friday. Closed on most statutory holidays, promoting work-life balance.
