Mail Services Coordinator

Supervise and assist with the pick-up of incoming daily mail, outgoing mail and delivery of mail by courier services.
Supervise and assist Mail Team with the sortation of Canada Post mail and inter-office mail and receiving of large shipments from multiple vendors daily.
Contact Quadient for maintenance service on postage machine, web tracking system and letter opener.
Supervision of records retention for all CAA departments. Process invoices pertaining to Mail Services. Invoices include overnight couriers, same day couriers, Quadient, and Iron Mountain.
Advise department receiving cross border shipment of any duties and taxes applied to shipment.
Grade 12 and/or any related college or apprenticeship training program related to the facilities operations.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience with knowledge of postage equipment.
