Financial Analyst, Senior - Full Time - ON

As a member of the Field Operations Residential Finance team, you will be supporting the Field Operations management team to deliver an efficient, quality and value-added customer experience while interacting with various cross functional teams.
Build and maintain sophisticated forward looking financial models to support performance management with trend and program impact assumptions.
Represent Field Operations as Finance lead for large cross functional projects in terms of business case analysis for cost inputs and financial impacts.
Execute period close procedures including preparation of journal entries, accrual and reconciliation summary for major cost items, segment consolidation, analytical review of financial results, and distribution of Management and Finance reporting packages.
Build relationships with Field Operations teams and other departments to ensure appropriate information flow and understanding of overall processes.
Lead special projects / ad-hoc assignments as required. Conduct post-implementation reviews of major projects with project owners and proactively challenge status quo
Complete special projects, ad-hoc requests and various other duties as needed.
Com/ MBA) or accounting/CPA/CMA/CGA/CA
Strong computer/ financial modeling skills
Ability to build strong relationships with business groups and other finance teams
Comfortable interacting with Senior Executives and participating in meetings
