Warehouse Associate - Packaging full time

Order Fulfilment Specialist (Order Entry & Packing): Full-Time In-Office At Healthy Crunch, we’re on a mission to innovate everyday foods, making them better for you while still being delicious. As a fast-growing, women-owned Canadian company, we are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Order Fulfilment Specialist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional products to customers across North America. You will work directly with our Founder and be part of our mission to create a global, better-for-you food company.

Order Entry & Processing

Accurately enter and manage customer orders (POs)

Review SKUs, quantities, pricing, and shipping details

Use Excel and internal systems to track and manage orders

Ensure accuracy and quality standards are met for every order

Coordinate shipments with carriers and logistics partners

Inventory Support

Assist with inventory tracking and stock accuracy

1–3+ years experience in order fulfilment, logistics, or order entry (CPG/food industry an asset)

• Strong computer skills and confidence working in multiple systems
