We seek a full-time Pastor of Children and Families to oversee all aspects of ministry to all ages from birth to Grade 5 and provide vision and oversight to lead a Christ-centred and integrated ministry that both disciples children and young families and also reaches out into our neighbourhood community.

- We are not connected to any denomination and are active members of Vision Ministries Canada
- We are elder-led by a diverse team of men and women
- We are engaged in our community through many ministries to people of all ages. Ministries such as…
- HomeBase (weekly ministry to children from Grades 1 to 5)
- BaseCamp (4 weeks of day camp for children from Grades 1-5)
- Weekly programs for youth (Jr High and Highschool)
- ESL (9 different classes weekly for people new to Canada who want to improve English language skills)
- Storehouse (clothing and kitchen supplies for people in need)
We make room in our building for a private school and a daycare (not run by LRC)
We are active in supporting ministry to university students in our region

- Are you able to build and lead a team of volunteers of all ages who love and want to lead children
