Job Title: Key Account Manager – Specialty & FDM
Location: Ontario (Travel Required)

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Key Account Manager with a genuine passion for the health and wellness industry. This role is responsible for managing and growing strategic retail accounts, building long-term partnerships, and driving revenue through strong execution, collaboration, and customer insight.
Own and manage a portfolio of key specialty retailers and FDM accounts
Drive sales growth through account planning, forecasting, and execution
Develop strong, trusted relationships with buyers, category managers, and stakeholders
Lead product launches, promotional planning, and sell-in strategies
Analyze sales data, trends, and performance to identify growth opportunities
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Inside Sales to ensure seamless execution
3–7+ years of sales or key account management experience (CPG, supplements, health & wellness preferred)
- Strong understanding of retail, distribution, and wholesale sales models
- Proven ability to grow accounts and manage complex customer relationships (Natural/Specialty Accounts & FDM Accounts)
- Analytical mindset with comfort using sales data and reporting tools
- Experience working with natural, grocery, pharmacy, specialty, or mass retail channels
Knowledge of supplement regulations, compliance, and claims (Canada or North America)
CRM experience
