Account Manager / Sales Manager Service Management (m/w/d)

Reporting into the Director of Sales, Ontario, this B2B role involves managing merchant relationships and working directly with business owners, finance managers, and sales agents across Eastern Canada who wish to use our consumer financing platform. To be successful in this role, you will need to be motivated, organized, detail-oriented and focused on customer service above all else. Build and maintain strong relationships with our business partners, helping them succeed with Financeit.
- Use your product expertise and consultative approach to drive partner engagement and sales growth.
- Coach and support partners on Financeit’s program, tools, and best practices.
- Train businesses on how to position financing and offer flexible monthly payments to their customers.
- Lead regular training and coaching sessions with small and mid-sized businesses to help them level up.
- Ensure all activity meets our approval and risk standards.
- Travel as needed to visit dealers, attend tradeshows, offsites, and other events.
3+ years of experience with hands-on direct sales and relationship management.
- 1+ years of experience in consumer lending, financial services or SaaS is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing successful business-to-business sales and service relationships in an asset.
- You know your way around a CRM, ideally Salesforce.
