About The Project
We’re building next-generation AI systems for aviation and autonomous flight. To do that, we need high-quality transcriptions of real Air Traffic Control (ATC) and pilot communications.
This is not generic transcription.

Position: Aviation Communications Transcriber (ATC)
Location: Remote
Type: Hourly / Task-based Contract
Compensation: $20-30 /hour
Commitment: 10-40 hours/week
This Project Requires
Understanding aviation phraseology
Accurately capturing fast, noisy, real-world radio communications
Extreme attention to detail
Your work will directly help improve AI systems used in aviation safety and autonomy.
What You’ll Do
Transcribe real-world Air Traffic Control (ATC) pilot audio recordings
Carefully label speakers, callsigns, instructions, and responses
Correctly capture aviation terminology, abbreviations, and phraseology
Work on task-based assignments at your own pace
Meet quality and accuracy standards (this is critical)

You do not need to be a professional transcriptionist — but you do need to understand aviation comms.
