What you’ll do:
Manage the full order cycle by receiving and accurately processing customer orders, ensuring every step is handled with care from entry to delivery.
Act as a trusted partner to customers, responding to inquiries, finding opportunities to meet their needs, and developing practical solutions that strengthen the business relationship.
Build and sustain long-term customer partnerships by providing a consistent and professional experience, promoting trust and reliability.
Communicate clearly and effectively, both with customers and across internal teams, to share updates, solve challenges, and keep processes running efficiently.
Work together with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment where knowledge and guidelines are shared.
Quickly identify and address problems, managing order discrepancies, delays, or other issues proactively.
Adapt to additional tasks and projects as needed, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business needs.

What we would like from you:
University degree or equivalent experience with specialized training in a related field (i.e. chemistry, sales, or customer service) with two (2) years of customer service experience.
Must exhibit strong organizational proficiency, attention to detail, and excellent time management capabilities.
Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving with the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask.
Should be a fantastic colleague who is customer focused and dedicated, with a proven ability to confidently interact with internal and external partners.
Must have strong computer skills using Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
