Class 1 Lowbed Driver – Kootenays, BC

We are looking for an experienced Class 1 Lowbed Driver to join the Sutco Transportation team in the Kootenays, BC. This role involves hauling heavy equipment on lowbed trailers, including oversize and overweight loads throughout the region. • Operate lowbed truck and trailer hauling heavy equipment and machinery
• Transport oversize and overweight loads in compliance with provincial regulations
• Safely load and secure equipment for transport
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment where required
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and equipment compliance
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and trip data using ISAAC system
• Ensure all loads are secured and transported safely
• Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence
• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment (asset)
• Acceptable commercial driver's abstract
• Ability to pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Testing
