Business Development Representative (BDR) | $120K OPE
Growth Team | Hybrid — Oakville, ON | Full-Time
We’re not looking for someone to manage a pipeline. You identify target accounts and prospects
Write the outreach
Own outbound prospecting end-to-end: Cold calls, cold email, targeted account research and attend discovery meetings to gauge fit.
Book qualified discovery calls with B2B decision-makers — CEOs, Business Owners, etc.
Build outreach sequences that cut through the noise and get responses
Hit and exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and pipeline generated
Report pipeline and activity, and booked appointments directly to the Head of Growth.
2–4+ years in a B2B sales or business development role — you’ve been on the phones, in the inbox, on LinkedIn
- Agency or digital marketing background strongly preferred; Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline through outbound activity
- Comfortable discussing SEO, Paid Media, content strategy, and marketing ROI with sophisticated buyers
- Eligible to work full-time in Canada and able to commute into our Oakville office.
