• Reporting to the Front of House Management Team the Server Assistants play a key support role in the guest experience by maintaining a clean, organized dining environment and assisting Servers in delivering seamless service. With strong attention to detail and a high level of floor awareness, they ensure all tables are properly set and that food and beverage service is executed to standard.

Answer questions about food, beverages, wine and other restaurant functions and services when necessary

Assist with food running, ensuring that plates arrive to the proper guest (no auctioning off)

Monitor the cleanliness of section and ensure all materials and areas are clean and free from clutter

Monitor food quality and presentation standards

Follow all food safety standards and systems

Smart Serve Certification (required)

Solid knowledge of food and beverage offerings, with a willingness to learn

Demonstrates a consistent sense of professional urgency and momentum in service delivery

Flexible availability evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
