What You’ll Do
As Branch Manager, you’ll own the success of the Dartmouth location—strategically, operationally, and culturally.
Lead day-to-day branch operations with a focus on sales performance, service excellence, and financial results
Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team across sales, customer service, and operations
Act as the face of the showroom—building strong relationships with clients, designers, and partners
Drive growth through local initiatives, showroom events, and exceptional customer experiences
Ensure operational excellence, safety, and compliance in a newly renovated, design-forward space
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless project execution and on-time delivery
