Reporting to the Hardware Development Manager, the Technical Project Manager is a key role within our organization. This position helps move our Agile practices forward while empowering the Hardware Development team to do their best work. You’ll play an important part in connecting strategic planning with the team’s day‑to‑day capacity.
This on-site role is ideal for someone who excels at coaching, encourages continuous improvement, and knows how to balance flexible Agile delivery with dependable, long term planning.

Partner with the Technical Product Owner to make Agile ceremonies focused, meaningful, and effective.
Support cross‑team alignment and integration planning.
Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and open, constructive feedback.
Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.
Support and advance Agile transformation initiatives across departments.
Capacity‑Based Roadmap Planning
Work with Product Management and Delivery Leadership to build and maintain a realistic, capacity‑driven product roadmap.
Forecast delivery timelines using team velocity and historical performance data.
Ensure work is planned in line with available team capacity, accounting for holidays, team changes, and technical debt.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work based on value, risk, and effort.
Project / Program Support
Facilitate effective cross‑team communication and integration planning.
Support Research and Development projects involving external customers.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Kanban and Scrum.
Demonstrated experience in capacity planning, forecasting, and roadmap management.
Experience working with distributed or cross functional teams is considered an asset.
Hands on experience with Agile planning tools such as Jira.
