Join Finning and play a key role in overseeing all parts operations to ensure accurate and timely procurement of parts for our valued customers. A leadership role focused on operational excellence and superior customer service.

As a Parts Supervisor youll lead a team responsible for parts functions ensuring efficiency accuracy and compliance with company standards. We also offer additional incentives such as an annual bonus and premium for certain shifts.
Ensure accurate and timely procurement of parts for all customers.
Provide training and support for all parts functions as required.
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers delivering superior service.
Facilitate change management in a demanding customer-focused environment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Previous experience in a customer facing sales role or related environment.
Strong interpersonal and team-building skills to foster positive employee engagement.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite with emphasis on Excel Outlook and Word.

Permanent full-time role.
Monday Friday 5x2 schedule.
